Speeds up some refiner recipes! For example, Chromatic Stellar Fusion, which combines copper, gold and silver to make chromatic metal, is a very slow operation. Now it takes the same time per operation as Chromatic Metal Fusion. A number of recipes which produce common resources used for building have also been sped up.
Note that mods should now go in GAMEDATA/MODS rather than GAMEDATA/PCBANKS/MODS. For example:
