Stall’s Combined Loot Chance and Resource Multiplier

combines both of my Loot and Resource multiplier mods into one file to prevent conflicts. modifies REWARDTABLE.MBIN
boosts all loot chance to 100%, giving you an equal chance at any kind of loot AND sets a configurable multiplier for resource collection
