1.Detailed Version
Appends storm frequency descriptors to original weather names
Example: “Mild Rain” → “Mild Rain – No Storms”
Recommended for languages with compact character systems (Chinese/Japanese/Korean)
2.Short Version
Replaces original names with pure storm frequency indicators
Example: “Mild Rain” → “No Storms”
Recommended for alphabetic languages (English/European languages)
