Makes all planets have blue skies, removes all tints and filters, and removes dust.
Includes three separate files: BlueSkies.pak, CleanFilters.pak, and NoFog.pak.
BlueSkies: Makes every planet have a blue sky.
CleanFilters: Removes all tints from planets, such as the yellowish tints on Radioactive planets or monochrome filters on Weird planets.
NoDust: Removes all fog, dust, and rain from planets, such as the dust on Airless planets or constant rain on Toxic planets.

CleanFilters edits METADATA\EFFECTS\SCREENFILTERS.MBIN
This file is not compatible with Clear Lighting Filters for Photo Mode, however the same changes are already included in this file.
