This removes the visor overlay effects during storms or other hazards. There are two versions: UI and Texture. The UI version will conflict with many other mods and break with most updates, but it looks better. The Texture version will not conflict with anything and will never break, but there is a slight, pulsing blur effect during hazards. Choose one of the two.
