Simply unifies all warps for consistency and visual appeal. It downplays the bright flashing effects by darkening the overall warping effects.
Since the default LIGHT.MATERIAL.MBIN is used throughout the game in many places I needed to create a new material, edit it and insert it back into the warp tunnel scene. (Big thanks to lMonk for pointing it out to me!)
