Since some time, bloom seems quite strong in NMS, and as shaders are almost impossible to edit to reduce the effect, we are left with few options.
So this mod just gets rid of any bloom. Note that it also get rid of all lens-flare effects but the sun one.
At least, this will save your eyes.
