Fixes the “broken” ambient NPC behaviors in regards to negative player activity. Such as NPCs saying “That man over there, despicable!” even when you’ve done nothing wrong.
This is only meant for High Honor playthroughs, where you’re supposed to be a good(ish) guy and whatnot. But listening to the ambient gossip conversations you’d assume the player was Satan himself.

Changelog:
Changes in v1.1:
Found the actual cause of this “bug”, turns out it was from knocking people over. That’s it. Which, while technically not a crime, is considered as “causing trouble” by local NPCs, whether it was intentional or not. So yeah, I turned it off any ways and only actual crimes count now.
Also, turns out, this “bug” does affect other behaviors. Such as making some locals wary of you and even causing some to give you 1,000 yard stares. Which I didn’t even know was a thing in the game.
Oh, and don’t shoot guns within city/town limits. Even at game animals. That gets you on “the list” for 48 hours too. But I left it enabled for obvious reasons.
