This reshade is meant to be used with VESTIGIA – A Graphical and Environmental Overhaul by no12mods and is almost a requirement I would say, along with that the screenshot show Dynamic Seasons by Bolmin and Particles by WhyEm so be sure to download those as well to match my picture quality
