eDited so choking NPCs lasts longer and peds fight with the Bruiser Brawl-style edited counter system mostly they will counter-hit more often, and NPCs can grapple more often as well like Tommy recommended mods to use with are bar brawls and honest brawls peds will no longer run away from fights if you pull out a gun or kill someone
the mod now does change npc health and their brawl style and counter probability as well as some other changes
place in lml all npcs have the bruiser fight style and increase to health works now
