With this mod, stamina drains over time with the drain rate being affected by the weather and time of day.
The mod
With the mod installed stamina drains over time, to be exact: the core decreases by 2 every 40 seconds. This is affected by current weather and time of day. At night the stamina drain rate is increased by 3, same thing happens during rain and yes the effects stack if there is a rainy night.
Why?
I think it makes travelling by horse more realistic, by making the camping aspect of the game more vital.

Installation
You need Alexander Blade scripthook to install this, normally I give the link in the required files, but because his website is currently down, you must find it on your own.
