Fixes all Bandoliers
All Bandoliers in this Game are broken
Rockstar patched them to make them not clip with clothing (i guess)
This Mod restores all unpatched modelfiles from the base game and overwrites the patched files from patchday folders
they probably clip with every coat
vest and shirts are fine
