Simply just changes the FMT/fish-workers masks found in Neon City to all black, yours and NPCs.
Requirements:
This mod requires a “StarfieldCustom.ini” file in your Documents\My Games\Starfield” folder, with the following added to it:

Installation:
Drag and drop provided “Data” folder into “Documents\My Games\Starfield”.
