Allows all space suit types to be found as loot, on mannequins. there were several space suit sets which were not allowed to do this

Short and sweet
space suits will default to slightly higher tiers
this means that they will start at quality 3-5 and not 1 and 2
yes this also allows the mantis suit set to spawn at only quality 4 or 5

space suit sets which will spawn in the leveled lists which previously did not – this includes backpacks and helmets
navigator, ranger, all United colonies, varuun, orange miner, cydonia assault

install – load near the end
uninstall – just delete
