Keep weight slide ZERO
New version that requires plugins.txt works will all skins
no new textures, will use defaults. or replacers.
New Version: All skins working. requires plugins.txt.
weight is still a problem.
You can click on problematic NPCs and in console, type setnpcweight 0. see if that helps. save beforehand.
