Adds a standalone spacesuit and outfit of the Second Sister (and a male version: Second Brother), a Sith Inquisitor known from the Star Wars Jedi games.

Details:
The Second Sister outfit is known from the Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Survivor game. I also made a male variant (Second Brother) of it.
The stats of the spacesuit are comparable to the vanilla Bounty Hunter spacesuit. You can craft all parts for a fair amount of credits at the industrial workbench.
No body morphs.
The cape can get a little bit buggy sometimes. If I can find a better template I can use, I will try to fix the issues.
Installation:
Use a mod manager or extract the zip file in your Game Data folder and dont forget to activate the esm.
If you are using the loose files version and encounter black textures, also extract the texture folder to your MyGames/Starfield/Data folder.
