You might need a perk to learn how to cook coffee on the stove, but that’s what coffee makers are for.
Craftable from the workbenches menu. Should be accessible in outposts and on ships.
I’m considering turning the two espresso machines I’ve seen into actual workbenches that make all the Terrabrew coffee. We’ll see what kind of work that requires.
