This mod overhauls the area around New Atlantis for a nice city backdrop. imo the galactic capital really needed a better sense of scale to it and I hope this mod helps with that 🙂
be aware this mod is rather intensive, and you can expect performance loss in new atlantis. I may release a lite version in the future.
If you’re a modder interested in editing outside the tile boundary, all I did was swing long packins over the edge. you can also cut and paste past the border
