Kenjutsu is a Tier 3 (Expert) Combat skill that gives stacking buffs to critical hit chance and critical hit damage with melee weapons, as well as mobility and damage resistance while wielding them. It is completely new and compatible with anything.
RANK 1
Gain 5% critical hit chance for 5 seconds after hitting an enemy with a melee weapon. This effect can stack.
RANK 2
While wielding a melee weapon, move faster, jump higher and take 10% reduced damage.
RANK 3
Gain 10% critical hit damage for 5 seconds after hitting an enemy with a melee weapon. This effect can stack.
RANK 4
Previous rank bonuses apply for 10 seconds instead of 5. Take 25% reduced damage while wielding a melee weapon.
CHALLENGE 1
Kill 50 enemies with a melee weapon.
CHALLENGE 2
Kill 100 enemies with a melee weapon.
CHALLENGE 3
Kill 150 enemies with a melee weapon.
Kenjutsu can be found on Tier 3 (Expert tier) of the Combat Skill tree. It will be an essential perk for any melee builds, especially thriving when using a fast melee weapon to quickly stack crit chance and damage. It uses the icon of Concealment, which makes it stand out a bit in the combat tree, but it’s by far the icon that works the best for this skill.
This skill is compatible with any other mods.
