You need to be level 30 in order for it to show in ship vendors!

Installation:
1. Download with manager or manually.
2. Place .esm inside Steam/Starfield/Data folder.
3. Meshes must be inside:
Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\meshes\ships\PlasmaTurret
4. Activate .esm inside plugins.txt
5. Enjoy!
