Grav-Plates that allow ship modules to float. Lightweight, no scripting (no sfse) or requirements, should be compatible with everything. fifty or so different options.

First, a word of warning. You can separate the docker from the cockpit from the landing bay and still pass inspection. If you do you can use the ‘to cockpit’, sit and exit the ship to get around. Just something to keep in mind.

I threw in a weapon’s “angler” tool for the 8x tight weapons mounts. I’ve found that getting the right angle on the tool then duplicating the weapon then moving it to the tighter 8x works ok.

The solar stuff should provide a tiny bit of power.

Everything is basically free at any builder for now. What *should* the parts cost?

Just wanted to get this up really quick for the big ship builders (escort ships anyone?!), enjoy!

I couldn’t for the life of me figure out a good way to teleport between detached modules (found 6 ways to teleport(and spacewalk!)!) But none that are without game breaking bugs. So, for now you can’t jump across the gaps. I would try to keep the bay, docker and cockpit as one unit, though it isn’t necessary for your ship to ‘pass’.
