It annoys me when I hop over to a planet right in the middle of a battle and that HUGE location found banner pops up right over the enemy ships. It also annoys me when the tutorial message pops up and covers half my companion’s face. So I made them smaller and moved them. See screenshots.
This is NOT compatible with any other UI mods that modify the same file. You have to pick one or the other. Or modify the files yourself. I used jpexs-decompiler to open hudmessagesmenu.gfx, then made the changes as shown in the screenshots. These are found under sprites. Pretty easy to do if you want to modify another HUD mod with these changes.
