Optimized textures, minimal visual degradation with a big performance increase/less stuttering.

SOT.ba2 goes into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield\Data
Download the Starfield.ini i have in the files and place it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield
Most diffuse textures were edited, as well as normals, specular, and ambient occlusion.
This does not require a custom.ini.
Boosts my fps anywhere from 20 to 40 on a 3060ti. No more stuttering either.
