Ballistic weapons have energy damage added to their stats.
Original weapon stats retained EXCEPT for (Ammo capacity) + (reload speed) + (Weight) + (Tier level) +(Range)
If the weapon had a skin available, it was applied.
At any weapon workbench you can Mod them.
At any weapon workbench you can add Legendary Modifications (3 only like in vanilla)
OR you can just leave them non-legendary. Some weapon Tiers only go up to 3. Most Tiers go up to 4.
