Changes the refill rate of your jetpack to 5x the vanilla rate

If you want more variations just give the word and I try to upload them.
Does not work with mods that modify GCPLAYERGLOBALS.GLOBAL !!!
Installation
Just drop the .pak file in the MODS folder.
Remove if you dont wnat it anymore
