Ship Module Overhaul V0.4

Some slight changes across the board:-
(1×1 hab (non storage) modules get 1 passenger space (to keep them in line with the other habs).) – removed.
All hab defined as cargo get cargo capacity of their mass x4.6 (not a lot of cargo space but some, the ratio does not the best cargo/mass but it isn’t far off, I didn’t use 4.7 because there is still space to walk/fight).
All hab defined as engineering gain one point in repair speed per 1×1.
All hab defined as computing gain one point in reactor power per 1×1.
All hab defined as control gain one point in repair speed and reactor power per 2×1.
All hab defined as science gain one point in jump range per 1×1.
All hab defined as battle stations gain a bonus to shield regen and targeting speed per 1×1. – WIP
All structure pieces gain hull points equal to their mass (Matching most habs for hp/mass generation).
All thrusters gain some manuverability boost (I’ve added 10x module mass) – WIP.
Note, this will moderately effect ship combat as all ships will gain hp from their structure components.

Optional files that increases cargo habs mass and storage to match the cargo modules are now in.

I do heavily recommend using a plugins.txt enabler, other methods (like sTestFiles) may well work but are outside of the scope of the mod.
You can install manually if you wish (the fomod thing should be well behaved on both vortex and mo2).
