Are you tired of taking environmental damage when you are in a sealed space suit? Then this mod is for you
What it does?
lowers environmental damage taken to 0
lowers chance to gain affliction from weather, water and standard to 0 (by default they are 7.5, 15, 15). Standard seems to affect default planetary or environmental conditions, like temperature and atmosphere, while weather is about poor air quality (think of sandstorms near Cydonia), freezing rains and such.
What it does not?
Removes annoying watch beeping when you stay on top of a Gas Vent (I still want to fix that, expect updates)
Takes into account if you are actually wearing a spacesuit, or have decided to go in hazardous environment in your apparel only
Takes into account if you are on a planet with actually extreme environment (huge gravity, very high temperature, etc)
Why it doesn’t do what it does not?
Because I’m bad at modding and/or the game is a buggy mess. You don’t usually take off your suit anyways.
Requires basic knowledge of adding .esm mods to the game.
May not work as intended in all cases, requires proper testing, feel free to yell at me in comments, if you encounter bugs or illogical behaviour.
The mod was inspired by Deadly Hazards but does the opposite, because it seems logical to me, that you can’t get lung damage from hazardous environment, if you don’t breathe from atmosphere, because you are on an airless moon in the first place, so all air you consume is stored somewhere in your backpack. And I’m sorry, but frostbites and hypotermia while at Forward Base 441 (IYKYK) wearing full space suit in -18°C??? I could spend hours without even wearing a hat in this temperature in winter where I was born.
