The Med Pack, Trauma Pack, and the Emergency Kit now have consequential use.
Tactical Healing forces the player to pick their moment before healing. A glare effect plays when the Aid Item is used, and the players speed is reduced greatly for the duration of the healing. Now players are encouraged to find cover, before healing, very much based on my old Stimpak rebalance for Fallout 4, and Left 4 Dead’s healing mechanic.
RECOMENDATION:
I recommend using the Normal setting for Healing in the difficulty sessions, this mod already balances out healing enough, without the duration being extended further. Tried fixing this in the Creation Kit, may still find a way to limit to the speed penalty to 5 seconds for Trauma Packs, and Emergency Kits, and 10 seconds for Med Pac.
