This is a fresh retexture for arthur giving him a new shaven and scars
When i was searching through nexus i saw that most people don’t retexture Arthur that much and since john has multiple rdr1 textures i though Arthur could use a new retexture this retexture on Arthur has support for healthy Arthur 2.0
