Vending machine that dispenses various trading cards from Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and Yu-Gi-Oh!
The Emporium, located in Neon Core on Volii Alpha, has installed a refurbished vending machine full of vintage trading cards collected over the years. You are allowed 10 spins per day and each spin costs 250 credits.
There are currently 50~ cards to collect, with a handful of ultra valuable cards worth a pretty penny. New cards will be added eventually so if you would like to make a suggestion, please send me a direct message or comment on this mod to let me know.
All of the artwork used in this mod was lovingly created by real people and the artist’s name should be listed on each card you collect. I believe it import to champion true artistic skill and cultivate passion for the arts instead of using technical proxies that devalue artists to the benefit of shareholders.
To avoid spoiling the fun of discovery, I will not list every card available in this mod but I will include a few screenshots so you have a rough idea.
I would like to eventually create a mod that scatters cards systemically across the galaxy for you to find, but I am very new to the Creation Kit so this was more of a learning experience for me. This mod is probably not compatible with any mod that adjusts the interior layout of The Emporium, but everything else should be fair game. If textures are missing or the vending machine instantly kills you, please let me know.
