Worn to Normal Weapons V1.0.01

Turns all worn weapons into normal ones. No longer get mad at picking them up.

Inspired by a comment in the No Worn Weapon Pickups mod page, this mod now exists.
If you want to merge with other weapons.ymt mods:
Find (Notepad++ with regex on) and replace:
<PermanentDegradationHumanName>.*</PermanentDegradationHumanName>
to
<PermanentDegradationHumanName />
or
<UNK_MEMBER_0x0625290D>.*</UNK_MEMBER_0x0625290D>
to
<UNK_MEMBER_0x0625290D />
then finally
<PermanentDegradationThreshold value="-1.00000000" />
needs to be commented out:
<!--<PermanentDegradationThreshold value="-1.00000000" />-->
if using No Weapon Degradation or Maverick Weapons (No Degradation) don’t need this mod.
If using Decreased Degradation, or any other weapons.ymt mod you’ll need to merge.
