Weapon Quality Realism Overhaul

It always bothered me that a lower quality tier firearm did less damage than a higher quality tier firearm of the same type. It’s the same weapon, firing the same cartridge, but somehow one magically does more damage than the other. It simply makes no sense. I can see melee weapons doing more damage because they’re made with better materials. I can even see an argument for energy weapons or mag weapons doing more damage because of more efficient capacitors or something like that. But it makes no sense for cartridge firing weapons.

This mod aims to fix that, while still maintaining the usefulness of the vanilla quality tiers. Cartridge firing weapons (I didn’t touch melee, energy, or mag weapons, for the above mentioned reasons) will all do the same damage regardless of quality tier. Instead of damage, quality tiers will improve accuracy of the weapon.

I’ve only edited OMODs, so it should be compatible with most combat overhaul mods (as long as they don’t edit weapon quality OMODs), and is in fact intended to be used with them (although it’s not required).
