There are two ways of being able to craft the heretical blade. You learn the recipe upon crossing the threshold of the universe and seeing beyond.
If you’d rather not wait, there is also a book with heretical writings being sold in Akila City, one of the last purveyors of physical literature.

CHANGING THE BLADE
It is a single weapon, but there are 3 blades and 3 handles to choose from. All with their own additional benefits.
Decay – Focusing more on poison and toxins (Nurgle)
Corrupted – Focused on fire and general damage (Khorne)
Change – Had to brainstorm this one a bit, more just increased speed, less weight. Irradiated blade to promote mutation.
