I already got permission form him, so here is reworked things

-smoother and more realistic sound curve fade in-out
-New nofuel sound
-New exhaust brake sound
-New air brake and air gear sound
-Retarder sound included
-Real sound position
-This mod will only support in scania R & T 4 Series by RJL and only DSC14 engine.
