More useful rocket boots

* Fly faster
Holding jump button after using rocked bots (double tap jump button) will let you fly longer and, after touchdown, if there are fuel in tanks, will instantly jump again.
Look at video, which shows rocket boots usage.
Installation:
Copy .pak file from downloaded archive to %GAMEDIR%\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\Mods directory.
If there is no Mods directory – create it.
If there is DISABLEMODS.txt file in %GAMEDIR%\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS directory – remove it or rename it to simething else (ENABLEMODS.txt, for example).
Uninstallation:
Remove BetterRocketBoots.pak from %GAMEDIR%\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\Mods directory.
Files changed:
GCPLAYERGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN,
so any mod changing this file will be incompatible – i.e. any mod which tweaks player characteristics.
Mod assembled with AMUMSS, lua file included.
