This mod unlocks many NPC actions for the player character: do farm work, play instruments, smoke, sleep on bedrolls, clean your gun, sit on chairs and so on.
Rest in the wilderness or in towns, drink water from lakes, ponds and rivers, clean yourself. Hydrate your horse, make it rest with you. Get away from everything and everyone.
Instructions on how to use this mod:
If you’re on PC, press X to open up the interaction menu. When you’re on a body of water, two options will become available: drink water and clean up. On controller, press D-Pad Left > Actions. To make your horse drink, bring it to the water and click on “Hydrate”. A voiceline will play and it will start to drink.
When near a seat, press X to open up 3 scenario options: play harmonica, clean gun and smoke. These scenarios are already on top of the default sitting scenario which is available by default on all seats, like in the mod Seats.
To sleep and restore stamina, go to your gang camp, find a bedroll and click on Sleep. Wait for the player character to lay down and press X/D-Pad Left. Then choose the amount of hours you wanna sleep for.
To play a guitar, pick it up on camp and press Play. Simple as that.
Installation (please read carefully)
Download Roleplayer’s Dream. Extract the zip.
Move the folder Roleplayer’s Dream to your LML folder.
Then move the asi called “Roleplayer’s Dream.asi” and the ini file called “RoleplayersDream.ini” to your game directory. Not your LML folder! Look where your RDR2.exe is and put the .asi and .ini in that location.
Otherwise you’re gonna have problems and I won’t assist you with these problems.
To change the hotkey and/or translate prompts
Open RoleplayersDream.ini and edit the text values.
Open PromptNames.Gxt2 in the Roleplayer’s Dream lml folder and edit the rest of the text values available there.
Not compatible with:
Zen
Serenity
Immersive Scenarios
Seats
Survival Mechanics
My mod edits the same files as the first three and is basically a merge of all of them written from scratch, minus the cores and some small things. So it’s redundant to use them together and you’ll have unfixable issues if you do.
