Edits tailored to my setup
I use HDR and a 3090ti

Therefore
You’ll need a proper collaborated HDR display and GPU
Please don’t download if you don’t know what you’re doing
I’m just sharing and I don’t plan on providing tailored support

Turning off Artificial lights means that
if there is no light source at night then it will be dark so
Carry a lantern with you at all times

Recommendations

Gameconfig
Mod comes with a gameconfig optimization file
Its tailored to accommodate Hi resolution textures and loads
If you face issues with VRAM you can delete or tweak Gameconfig

if you have a gameconfig mod installed:
You can also use it to increase the number of spawned Peds and Wagons
Just search “AmbientPedsMultiplier_Base” & you’ll find the setting you can tweak

DLSS
Besides other things DLSS makes reflections better VS. TAA
However, sharpening is not the best
If this is something you’d like to remedy; try out one of the following options
a.) use developer SDK (details here ) & control exposure and sharpening
b.) use DLSS together with DLDSR and control your smoothness from NVC

if you choose to use TAA and no DLSS then
Use the TAA Sharpness slider cause this will be to sharp for some

HDR
Set your Nvidia control panel resolution to RGB – Full – 10 bit
Monitor and TV collaboration is not easy
However try to achieve whites close to an iPhone OLED display
Industry standard is usually WARM 2 on TVs
Use HGiG Tone Mapping on your display if you have the option on your display
If you use Vulkan then you need to be in Fullscreen to activate HDR
Also you can try setting you scaling on GPU via nvidia control panel

Peak Brightness : Set to your Display or 1500< Paper White : Subjective 150< Installation
