Simple mod that doubles ped population per request. Will conflict with any other mods that use gameconfig.xml
Needs to be loaded last in load order.
Requires: Lenny’s Mod Loader RDR – You need this to replace the games configuration file.

Fixed more pools with everything that I change it then overloads other things, but I think I have a pretty solid update here for a while.
MASSIVE thank you to everyone that runs pool manager and actually helps me instead of putting the mod down.
Update 2.0:
Added all my memory fixes to increase performance/stability and combat stutter.
Install by placing lml folder inside your RDR2 root game folder. (Where RDR2.exe is located.)
