Upscales the fur on all fur-bearing animals and puts an end to the jitter. Restores the fluffy donkey.

Edits the fur shader on all animals that has it; Increases the fur resolution by three times, makes it ten times more compact, and free from lenght jitter. No noted performance impact. Also brings back the fluffy donkey.
