Retextures NCR vest, Pants, Coat to look like the desert ranger from fallout new vegas
Install drag and drop into lml stream folder
Required NCR Riot vest and LML
the coat replaces Duster coat in the tailors only one color replaced see screenshot,
Pants replace ranch pants at general store only one color see screenshot,
vest retextures wrangler vest need NCR Riot vest for it to work.
Gonna do a version with no bracers soon.
