Adds a standalone Stillsuit from the movie DUNE

Adds the following craftable items:
Stillsuit – Spacesuit
Stillsuit Mask – Spacesuit
Stillsuit Helmet – Spacesuit
Stillsuit – Outfit
Stillsuit & Mask – Outfit
Crysknife

All clothing pieces can be easily crafted at an Industrial Workbench and have working morphs for both genders.
The Stillsuit Helmet has working visor showing the face of the character under the helmet.
The Crysknife can also be crafted at the Industrial Workbench, it has the same stats as the Wakizashi.
