You will still be able to see companion patches on their own suits
It can be installed either through MO2 or by extracting it to your Documents\My Games\Starfield
I personally install it through MO2, so if there are any problems I am unaware about then let me know
If you don’t have StarfieldCustom.ini then add it to Documents\My Games\Starfield and add the following:
