Companion Tweaks V1.1

Removes story gate timers and restores some cut content.

This mod does the following:

Companion Storylines will progress even if they are not following you. Companion affinity and the time you have spent with them as an active companion determined when they would start different conversations with you and when they would start their personal quest. I removed all the Story Gate timers and slightly increased the affinity points needed for the story gate scenes to fire. Now you can progress through their stories without having them as active companions. I was able to do Sarah’s personal quest without ever having her as an active companion (except for The Old Neighborhood where she is required as a companion) and just having her as crew and having the talks after faction questlines. It just made sense to me that if they are part of your crew that you should still be able to get to know them and build relationships even if they aren’t following you around everywhere.

Companions will comment almost immediately after quests are completed. Removes cooldowns from faction quest comments from Companions. I had done somewhat of a speed run in an NG+ and found that the cooldown for MQ104A “Into the Unknown” was more than 5 game days, but only 4 game days had passed. I don’t know why these cooldowns are in there, but after removing them, the companions will talk about the quests much sooner than before.
Companion dialogue when romantic has been changed so that it does not use the friendship dialogue. COM_CND_DIAL_Goodbye_Romance, COM_CND_DIAL_Hello_Romance & COM_CND_DIAL_PickupDismiss_Romance have been conditioned so that these dialogue topics are also used when Romantic. Vanilla was only using them if Committed.
Followers will now stay closer to you.
Flirt whenever you want. I removed the cooldown for the Flirt option for romanced companions.
Restores some cut lines for Sam Coe. There were a couple lines in Commitment: Sam Coe that were conditioned to never fire (cut content) and I restored them. There were also some cut lines when Romancing him that have been restored.
Restores a cut scene for Barrett. There was a cut scene for NG+ in Barrett’s questline that has been restored.
Fixes Sam Coe immediately starting the “You need to talk to Cora” scene. If Sam was in the friendship zone and you later romanced him, he would immediately start “Ever since we’ve started… being a couple? Things have been going well. Like really well.” scene. However, if you romanced him during “Matters of the Hart”, there was a timer so he would wait 2.5 game days before starting the scene. I applied this timer to the scene when you ask him “what if I said I wanted more” so that now the scene won’t play immediately if he was just a friend first.

Includes fixes from the Starfield Community Patch if the same records were modified. The patch is not required, but there were some records edited in the patch that were also edited in this mod so I made sure to include them so those fixes aren’t lost if you use both mods.
