After using the Advanced MagPulse with AP rounds, I was shocked to see what a letdown it was. The gun just sucked.
So, I made this mod. It gives the MagPulse double damage and reduces the delay between shots from .60 to .15 (the same as the XM2311). Basically, the gun will fire about as fast as you can pull the trigger.
