Chameleon legendary armor effect now stays active while crouched and moving so it feels less redundant to the Concealment perk effect.
To do gain this effect, conditions were also altered for Concealment perk because vanilla Chameleon is closely tied to concealment. Patches may be needed for other mods that touch this perk.
