Not really a mod, these are my own settings I use for my Starfield. I have old GPU and CPU and I never thought I would be able to play the game. Without this tweaks I had 20 FPS. I spent 2 days tweaking Ini files and this is what I got. 75+ fps in Dungeons and smaller cells, around 40-60 on planet surfaces, 30 to 40 in New Atlantis.
I have Nvidia 1060 6 GB & I7- 4790K 4.0 GHz CPU.
If you have similar PC to mine, or you just need more FPS, I decided to share my own Ini tweaks I made to help people with older PC. With no tweaks I had 20 FPS and game was unplayable. With these settings and after 2 days of messing around of what I can lower and experimenting.
Results are amazing. 75+ FPS in some areas, around 50 in space, 30 in NewAtlantis. On planet surfaces I usually sit on 40 to 50 fps. So it’s not bad at all.

What this mod does?
– Well, I have old PC and have no money to buy new one. So I tried my best to make Starfield playable. This is what I came up with. This mod changes all visuall settings, even further than they are when you put “low preset”. I removed shadows, I removed GRASS. View distance is much much smaller, meaning less rendering. Game will look worse yes, but it is more than playable.
