Rewrites and revoices the Freestar Collective storyline into an original Star Wars storyline revolving around infighting between the Rebels and the Partisans
As of 10/10/25, this mod is considered complete with two different endings and is no longer WIP. The only stuff left for me to do is rewrite/revoice all the companion interjections and perk specific dialogue choices, but they are not my priority atm and will be put in the backlog so I can finish my other mods.
Non-Genesis Players
Please keep in mind that this mod was largely developed for Genesis users. Due to performance reasons, i didn’t include any existing Genesis armors in this mod, which means many of the NPCs in this mod will have a vanilla look such as Ron Gallofree, the Imperial Moff, the deathtroopers, etc. The only thing this mod alone provides is the voicelines and rewrite of the story
Requirements
This mod has no mandatory faction/armor requirements. This is a lite version separate from the Genesis versions so that people can still experience the story. Star Wars Name Replacement Overhaul is obviously needed to see the rewritten dialogue options and subtitles. You won’t really understand the conversations without it. The First are obviously the Partisans. The Freestar are obviously the Rebels. The robbers are a swoop gang. The swoop gang stuff is done within Genesis so you won’t see the unique armors associated with those unfortunately unless someone else uploads a swoop gang replacer on Nexus.
Premise (Spoilers)
The brutal methods of the Partisans have gotten countless innocent civilians killed… or even worse, aligned them more towards the Empire than the Rebellion. The Rebel Alliance, desperate to put their methods to an end, has hired an undercover Mercenary (you) to deal with the local Partisans and stop the carnage.
AI Usage
Majority of the dialogue is voiced by AI using ElevenLabs. The vanilla voices are not trained by the AI, but rather similar sounding voices are found on ElevenLabs and used, or simply edited to sound like the original voice actor. They are imitations. If anyone is morally against that, they are free to download this mod, pick an NPC within the files, redo all voicelines in a high quality wav format, convert them back to wem with normalized volume, and I will go ahead and replace them.
