This mod lets the New Atlantis, Akila, and Neon ship technicians sell all ship parts.
In vanilla building your perfect ship is a pain. Parts are scattered all over the settled systems, and you can never find all the ones you want. This mod fixes that, by letting the New Atlantis, Akila, and Neon ship technicians sell all ship parts, except the illegal ones found only on the key.
