Adds empty 1×1 habs to the shipbuilder, complementing the larger empty hab modules added in 1.11.36. Empty habs exist for all manufacturers, and all exterior variants (ex. HopeTech fuselages, Taiyo top/bottom modules, etc.).
Empty modules are available at any vendor that stocks the regular modules. The empty hab appears as a variant of the other 1×1 habs, like the other empty modules.
Also available on Creations, for Xbox users, or for those who prefer that method of modding.
