What does this do?
This is part of a collection of modular quality of life and gameplay tweaks.
Here you will find:
No Skill Challenges
Remove the challenges required for each rank of a skill. Allowing you to simply allocate your points when you level up.
More is More
Weight-Lifting grants about twice as much carry capacity as vanilla.
Payloads grants 3x as much cargo capacity.
Fitness grants twice as much oxygen capacity.
Rested XP (Double or Triple XP)
Well Rested status from taking a nap now grants +100-200% experience gain temporarily instead of +10%.
Lovers Embrace status now grants +150-300% experience gain temporarily instead of +15%.
Both effects now last 60 in-game hours instead of 24.
Choose your version under optional downloads.
Installation
Extract in the usual way to the Data folder in your install path.
Then go to: \Documents\My Games\Starfield\
Open or create: StarfieldCustom.ini
And add the following lines:

sTestFile1=xatmosPerkUp.esp
sTestFile2=xatmosPerkUpXP.esp
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Change the TestFile #s to ones that aren’t in use (1-10).
If the above doesn’t work, unplug your PC immediately, it’s haunted.
